  • Are your products natural? Yes, our products are made with all-natural and plant-based ingredients       
  • What's the shelf life of your products? Shelf life lasts up to 12 months. It is also important to follow our label directions 
  • How can I check out product ingredients and directions? All of our ingredients and directions are listed on each label and are also available on our website 
  • How can the replenishing tea work for menstrual cramps effectively? Drink 1-3 cups a day depending on how bad your cramps are. Observe the effectiveness after each cup, do not drink back to back, wait 3-5 hours after each cup for results.
  • Can anyone use your products? Yes, we do not discriminate 
  • Can children use your products? Yes, consult with your primary care doctor before use. Cannot guarantee allergy free use for all. 
  • Is Nell’s Nature sold in stores? Not as of yet, we are currently online for right now
  • Can the replenishing tea be used as a detox? Yes, it can be used as a detox

Shipping:

  • What method do you use for shipping? USPS
  • Do you ship to PO boxes? Yes, we ship to PO boxes
  • Estimated shipping time ? Processed within 1-2 business days and shipped within 3-5 business days 
  • Shipping Process? Once your order is placed, processing takes up to 1-2 business days. Our carrier USPS then ships out all items 
  • Do you ship internationally? Our apologies as we are currently only shipping in the United Sates, we are working towards international shipping

  • How can I track my order? You will receive tracking information in your email as soon as your order is fulfilled
  • I placed my order when should I expect to receive a confirmation number? You will receive your confirmation number in your email as soon your order is fulfilled
